Hiring the Services of a Firm for Construction of Parking Shed at Trade Development Authority of Pakistan Karachi

The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) Karachi invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified firms for hiring the services of a firm for the construction of a parking shed at its premises located at 5th Floor, Block A, FTC Building Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. The scope of work includes construction of reinforced cement concrete (RCC) plinth/foundation beams, columns, beams, block masonry walls, RCC roof slab, RCC hanging beams, cement sand plaster, installation of a heavy-duty iron door, electrical wiring and fittings, painting works, and installation of a CCTV camera system. Items being procured: - RCC Plinth/Foundation Beam (2 ft height × 8 inch width) - 240 Sq/Ft - RCC Column (Pillar) - 8 Nos - RCC Beam - 240 Sq/Ft - Block Masonry Wall (5 inch) - 8 Nos - RCC Roof Slab (6 inch thickness) - 240 Sq/Ft - RCC Hanging Beam (10 inch width × 2 ft depth) - 510 Sq/Ft - Cement Sand Plaster (1/2 inch thickness) - 900 Sq/Ft - Iron Door (10 ft × 12 ft) - 1 job - Electrical Works including wiring, switch boards, sockets, DB, circuit breakers - 1 job - Painting Works on walls, ceilings, and steel surfaces - 3600 Sq/Ft - CCTV Camera System including HD/IP cameras, DVR/NVR, cabling - 1 job The technical scope requires use of quality materials and workmanship as per detailed specifications including proper shuttering, reinforcement steel placement, concrete mix ratio 1:2:4, and finishing with approved paints. The site is located in Karachi East district, Sindh province. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR (NTN/GSTN), have at least five past work orders for similar projects, submit a bid security of PKR 100,000 in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft, and provide proof of non-litigation and non-blacklisting.
