The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites sealed tenders for comprehensive repair, replacement, and maintenance works at Combined Military Hospital (CMH) and Pak Emirates Military Hospital (PEMH) in Rawalpindi. This procurement covers a wide range of works including HVAC system repairs, roof treatment, electrical and civil works, and provision of miscellaneous facilities and additional external services. Items being procured: - Repair, replacement, and maintenance of HVAC systems - Roof treatment works - TC works - Bazar supply works - Provision of miscellaneous facilities and additional works - External services - Civil and electrical works at CMH and PEMH Rawalpindi - Operation and maintenance of HVAC, lifts/bed elevators, sewage treatment plant (STP), generators, and fire fighting systems - Repair and replacement of AHU filters of HVAC system at CMH and PEMH Rawalpindi The scope includes extensive technical work on HVAC systems, lifts, generators, fire fighting equipment, and civil infrastructure at two major military hospitals. Contractors must have relevant experience and be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Only contractors on the approved MES list in categories B, C, and D with sufficient experience will be eligible. Firms not on the MES approved list must submit detailed experience statements for the last two years. Tender documents will be issued only to security-cleared and scrutinized contractors who meet the eligibility criteria. Contractors must provide a certificate confirming no ongoing litigation with government departments and no outstanding special reports from DI&E (E-in-Cs branch GHQ). Tenders must be submitted to the acceptance officer's office by **22 October 2026 at 11:50 AM** and will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. Contractors may attend the tender opening.
