Construction of Parking Shed, Development of Road, Lawn, Walkway, Front Roads & Improvement Uplifting of Main Gate

The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Sargodha invites bids under single stage two envelopes bidding procedure from well-reputed, experienced and tax registered firms/companies/contractors for the construction of parking shed, development of road, lawn, walkway, front roads and improvement uplifting of main gate at the Board premises in Sargodha. Items being procured: - Construction of parking shed - Development of road - Lawn - Walkway - Front roads - Improvement uplifting of main gate The procurement is governed by Punjab e-Procurement System and the Boards Works Rules 2013. Bids must be submitted on or before 21-10-2026 at 01:30 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 02:00 PM. Interested bidders can participate through the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Financial bids of only technically qualified firms will be opened as per PPRA rules. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Guarantee in accordance with rule 56 of the Punjab procurement rules 2014, in the shape of CDR in favor of the Secretary, BISE Sargodha. Bidders are advised to ensure uploading their bids on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal well before the submission deadline and not to wait for the last date and time to upload the bid. The Board will not be responsible for any issue thereof. One practical tip: Carefully review the bidding documents including TORs and terms and conditions before submission to avoid disqualification.
