Improvement and Repair of Meshwari / Hindu Community Centre, Lyari Karachi

The Town Municipal Corporation Lyari invites eligible contractors, firms, and parties with adequate experience to submit e-bids for the improvement and repair of the Meshwari / Hindu Community Centre located in Lyari, Karachi. This procurement is conducted through the EPADS e-procurement portal of SPPRA Sindh under Rule-17 (1) and Rule-46 (1) of SPP Rules-2010 (amended to date). Items being procured: - Improvement and Repair works of Meshwari / Hindu Community Centre The scope includes all civil works necessary for the repair and improvement of the community centre as per the detailed bidding documents available on the EPADS portal. Contractors must have valid PEC registration in the relevant category where applicable, registration with Sindh Revenue Board, NTN certificate, and proven experience with at least two similar assignments each costing at least 50% of the project cost or one assignment of 80% cost within the last five years. Financial statements showing turnover not less than the project cost during the last five years are also required. Tender fees of Rs. 3000/- (non-refundable) must be submitted via pay order in favor of Town Municipal Corporation Lyari before bid opening. Bid security of Rs. 150,000/- (5% of estimated cost) in the form of pay order or bank draft in favor of Town Municipal Corporation Lyari must be uploaded with the bid, and the original must be submitted physically in a sealed envelope one day before bid opening. Bids must be submitted online on the EPADS portal between 07-09-2026 and 21-09-2026. The deadline for bid submission is 22-09-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day at the office of the Executive Engineer (B&R), Town Municipal Corporation Lyari, District South, Town Office, Chakiwara No. 01, Sharah-e-Abdul Raheem, Lyari, Karachi.
