Tender Description
The Office of The Executive Engineer PWD Highways Division Muzaffarabad Azad Jammu & Kashmir is procuring construction services for patch work at Link Road Al-Shifa Eye Trust Hospital in Muzaffarabad. This project is funded under the AR roads and bridges budget and aims to improve the road infrastructure in the area. The scope includes patch work on the specified link road, ensuring quality and durability suitable for local traffic conditions.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under category C-6 or above and have endorsement from the Communication & Works Government of AJ&K for the financial year 2025-26. Firms must also be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in similar road works is essential to meet technical requirements.
The tender follows a Single Stage-Single Envelope E-Bidding procedure. The earnest money (Bid Security) must be deposited in the specified Divisional Joint Account at Askari Bank and scanned copies uploaded on the e-bidding dashboard.
