Tender Description
The Buildings Division Taunsa invites tenders from all firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes for the financial year 2026-27 to participate in e-tendering through Punjab PPRA website. The procurement is for the construction of Police Posts, Police Stations and Police Pickets in Kacha areas (03 Nos Police Posts, Marah, Wajjan and Bukhara) at Dera Ghazi Khan ADP No. 3066 for the year 2026-27.

The contract requires strict adherence to PPRA rules and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website instructions. Bidders must submit bids electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Manual bids will not be accepted. Earnest Money of Rs. 2,370,000/- is required along with a CDR, Bank Draft, or Cashier Cheque. The successful bidder shall submit a Performance Guarantee of 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of the award letter.
The technical scope includes construction works in the specified Kacha areas of Dera Ghazi Khan district. The contract duration is 24 months. Recovery against credit of old material and upgradation will be adjusted as per government rules. All contractors must be registered with PEC and FBR and comply with the PPRA rules.
