The PEC categories required range from C-3 & Above to C-5 & Above depending on the specific project. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory in the form of CDR or other acceptable instruments as per KPRA rules. The projects involve civil construction of police stations, posts, command centers, barracks, and administrative blocks.
