Construction of Police Stations in Lakki Marwat District Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police Department through its Coordination Unit invites sealed bids via E-PADS (E-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System) for the construction of multiple police stations in Lakki Marwat District. This tender is open to eligible contractors and firms registered with KPRA and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category, enlisted with C&W Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured: - Construction of Police Station Dadiwala - Construction of Police Station Warghara - Construction of Police Station Shahbaz Khel - Construction of Police Station Gambila - Construction of Police Station Saddar - Construction of Police Station Swabi Each project requires PEC category C-4 & above with a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost as earnest money or stamp duty. The estimated costs range from Rs. 138.065 Million to Rs. 148.754 Million per station, totaling approximately Rs. 746.301 Million. The scope includes full construction works as per the approved BOQ, tender drawings, and technical specifications available for download from the official E-PADS portal. Bidders must submit both technical and financial bids through the EPADS portal and also provide hard copies to the office of the Director General Coordination Unit Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police. Performance security and additional bid security (if applicable) must be submitted as per KPRA rules.
