Construction of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) for Industry Hub at Daanish University Islamabad

Daanish University Trust invites bids from eligible construction firms for the construction of a Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) for the Industry Hub at Daanish University, Islamabad. This project involves predominantly Pre-Engineered Building works including steel structure, associated civil works, MEP, HVAC, foundations, roofing, cladding, and other allied works as specified in the bidding documents. Items being procured: - Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) works - Steel structure - Associated civil works - MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) - HVAC installation - Foundations - Roofing - Cladding - Other allied construction works The scope covers a comprehensive construction project at the university campus in Islamabad, requiring firms with strong technical capability and relevant PEB experience. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in C-1 category or higher, holding valid PEC codes BC-01, CE-01, CE-10, EE-01, EE-02, EE-03, EE-04, EE-06, ME-01, ME-02, and ME-04. Bidders must have valid NTN, active FBR ATL status, GST/PRA registration, and at least five years of legal operation without blacklisting by any Federal or Provincial Government department. The procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Rule 36(b) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Technical and Financial proposals must be submitted separately through EPADS v2.0; manual submissions will not be entertained.
