Construction of RCC Pile Foundation for Replacement of ZM-I Towers with SPA Poles and Allied Works at Punjab Housing Society Ghazi Road

The Lahore Electric Supply Company LESCO (Lahore Electricity Supply Company (LESCO)) invites bids for the construction of RCC pile foundation for locations No.11-16 for replacement of ZM-I towers with SPA poles including erection and dismantling for widening of main approach road at Punjab Housing Society Ghazi Road, Lahore. This procurement is under the National Single Stage-One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique for FY 2026-27. Items being procured: - RCC Pile 1:1 ½ :3 cement concrete with approved crush stone and coarse sand, drilling nominal bore with reverse rotary, concreting under water with tremmie (63 RM) - Supply and fabrication of intermediate grade deformed steel reinforcement 276 MPA (4000 PSI) yield for RCC pile bored including cutting, binding wire, removal of rust etc. (11734.18 KG and 4711.4 KG) - Fixing in position of foundation bolts duly assembled in template including welding bolts with steel caps (4 Nos.) - Reinforced cement concrete work using coarse sand including all labour and material except cost of steel reinforcement and its labour for bending and binding, including forms, moulds, lifting, shuttering, curing, rendering and finishing exposed surface (28.52 Cum) - Erection of 132 KV D/C steel pole/towers including transport, installation of U-bolts, nuts, washers, pole number plates, danger sign plates, phase plates, anti climbing devices, bare wire and welding nuts and bolts of poles foundation bolts (4 Nos.) - Re-stringing/re-sagging of existing conductor with new single tension fittings on dead towers after mid-spanning including installation of aluminum rollers and clipping work (4.5 KM) - Installation of insulators and hardware assemblies, accessories and dampers of conductor including transport and installation of single string suspension and tension assemblies (24 Nos. and 12 Nos.) - Installation of hardware assemblies, accessories and dampers of 9mm earth wire including transport and installation of single suspension assemblies (4 Nos.) - Dismantling/shifting of 132 KV towers and transport to LESCO designated store including ZMI tower (1 No.), ZMI+3M tower (1 No.), ZMI+6M tower (1 No.) - Dismantling of insulators and hardware assemblies, accessories and dampers of conductor including transport to LESCO designated store (18 Nos.) - Dismantling of insulators and hardware assemblies, accessories and dampers of earth wire including transport to LESCO warehouse/store (3 Nos.) The scope includes site works in Lahore, Punjab, with a contract period of 120 days. Eligibility requires PEC license in category C-6, CE-02 & EE-05, FBR registration, and submission of bid security of Rs. 397,685. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by August 3, 2026, 09:30 AM. Manual bids are not accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids. The bid security must be submitted physically before bid closing. The contract includes a 10% performance guarantee and 365 days defect liability period. The bidder should ensure compliance with all technical specifications and site conditions.
