Installation of NUMS Signage at Academic Block (KHINAMS)

National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) invites sealed bids through PPRA E-PADS for the installation of NUMS signage at the Academic Block KHINAMS in Rawalpindi. This procurement involves the supply, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of signage identical in design to the existing signage at NUMS NIASR. Items being procured: - Installation of NUMS Signage at Academic Block KHINAMS The scope includes procurement, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of signage as per detailed specifications and terms provided in the bidding documents. Bidders must submit separate Technical and Financial Proposals. Technical proposals will be opened first, and financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened later. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have a minimum of two years relevant experience in signage installation for public or private sector organizations. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR for GST and Income Tax. A bid security of 2% of the total bid value in the form of Call Deposit, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in favor of NUMS is required and must be submitted physically, with a scanned copy uploaded on PPRA E-PADS before the closing date. Bidding documents can be obtained from the Procurement Directorate NUMS upon submission of a Pay Order/Demand Draft of PKR 3,000 (non-refundable). The last date for submission of bids is 25 September 2026 by 10:00 hours in the Conference Room, NUMS (ATR), Adiyala Road (Opposite ASS Humayun Road), Rawalpindi. Bids must be submitted in the presence of participating bidders or their authorized representatives. Late, incomplete, or emailed/faxed bids will not be entertained. The bidding process will be conducted through PPRA E-PADS, and interested bidders must register on the platform to participate. NUMS reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities or cancel the tender at any stage as per PPRA Rules 2004.
