Construction, Rehabilitation and Beautification Works for Masajid, Madaris, Darul Ulooms and Urban Areas in Khyber Districts

The Local Government & Rural Development Department (LG&RDD) District Khyber invites sealed tenders through EPADS for various civil works under multiple development packages for the financial year 2026. These works focus on construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation, and beautification of religious and community infrastructure including masajid, madaris, darul ulooms, and urban areas across Khyber and merged districts. Items being procured: - Construction, Reconstruction and Improvement of Masjid Darul Quran Tauheed Abad, Kalanga, Tehsil Bara Dhand - Jamia Masjid/Madrassa of Darbar Alia Qadria Landikotal District Khyber - Construction of Masajid & Madaris at Tehsil Jamrud & Bara PK-70 including Rehabilitation & Improvement at Various Areas of Jamrud & Bara District Khyber - Construction of Protection Wall/Boundary Wall at Various Areas of Shishkunal Khel, Khuga Khel, Passad Khel, Bacha Mena, Mindad Khel, Mukhtyar Khel, Ashkhel, Zakha Khel, Gagra, Piru Khel, Kam Shalman, Dargai Raghi, Badar Zakha Khel, Pirng Dara, Sheikh Mal Khel, Piru Khel, Mana Soki, Graveyard Alam Khani, Khonazi Graveyard Shishkunal Khel at Landikotal & Mulaghori District Khyber - Construction of Boundary Wall around Graveyard at Various Areas Jamrud District Khyber - Construction of Street Pavements, Drain Pipe Culverts at Various in Piro Khel Landikotal - Beautification/Renovation of Piro Khel Darbar - Beautification/Renovation at Various Areas in Charwazghai Bazar - Beautification/Renovation of Hamza Baba Mazar & Library in Landikotal - Construction of Waiting Sheds & Distribution Pipe Line at Various Areas in Landikotal - Construction/reconstruction of Janazgah / eidgah (08 No's) at various areas of Jamrud district Khyber - Reconstruction of Madaris - Construction of model streets, drain foot path, pipe culvert at various area of Jamrud district Khyber (04 No's of schemes) These works are strictly civil in nature and require contractors registered with PEC and enlisted with the C&W Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The tender process follows a single stage single envelope procedure through the EPADS electronic bidding system. Eligible contractors must have relevant PEC codes and FBR/ATL registration. Bid security amounts range from PKR 60,000 to PKR 2,988,800 depending on the lot. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 Noon on 20-10-2026, with bid opening at 12:30 pm the same day. Hard copies of original bid securities and detailed rate analysis must be delivered to the Assistant Director LG&RDD District Khyber before bid closing.
