Construction and Rehabilitation Works of Janazgahs, Masjids, Madrasa, and Street Pavement in District Swat

The Local Government & Rural Development Department, HQ Babuzai Swat, invites sealed tenders through EPADS for various construction and rehabilitation works under the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative (ASDI) for the financial year 2025-26 in District Swat. The procurement follows a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure and is open to government contractors registered with PEC and enlisted with C&W Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured: - Construction of Janazgah at Dangram - Construction of Janazgah at Jambil - Construction/Rehabilitation of Janazgah at Kishawara - Construction of Janazgah at Seer - Construction of Verindah at Masjid Koz Palaw Dangram - Construction of Masjid Abobakar at Dangram - Construction of Masjid at Sang Dangram - Construction of Masjid Habib Qari Abad Shakaro Manglawar - Construction of Masjid Umer Farooq Addo Toha - Construction/Rehabilitation of Madrasa Ubaid bin Jarah at Dangram - Repair Renovation work at Janazo Jomat Mingora Tehsil Babuzai - Rehabilitation/Improvement of Street pavement and allied works at NC Saidu Sharif-I and Saidu Sharif-II in Tehsil Babuzai District Swat. The scope includes civil construction and rehabilitation of religious and community structures along with street pavement improvements. Contractors must have relevant PEC codes and be registered with FBR and KPRA. Bid security at 2% of the estimated cost is required for each lot. Original bid securities, CNIC, KPRA registration, PEC registration, FBR active taxpayer status, and other documents must be submitted as per terms. Bids must be uploaded and submitted through EPADS before the deadline. The last date and time for submission of electronic bids is 15-10-2026 at 12:00 PM (Noon), with bid opening at 2:00 PM the same day.
