Tender Description
District Council Lodhran is inviting sealed bids from contractors for multiple construction and rehabilitation projects under the current financial year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab Government's E-Procurement portal using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for 2026-27 and submit the required Earnest Money as CDR along with their bids. The following schemes are included in this tender:
- Construction of Carpet Road from DC Office to Children Park via Ghalla Mandi & Majid Hotel Link Road, Lodhran Length ~0.80 Km (Under Joint Local Government Authority), Estimated Cost: 35.00 Million PKR, Earnest Money: 5%
- Rehabilitation of Stadium Road from Multan Road to Nalay Wali Masjid (0.35 Km) and Installation of Street Lights on Bhata Khamesa Road from Bypass Road to Multan Road via Stadium Road Length ~1.75 Km (Under Joint Local Government Authority), Estimated Cost: 45.00 Million PKR, Earnest Money: 5%
- Beautification of Canal Road (Both sides) from Lodhran–Bahawalpur–Khanewal Road to Railway Line. Length =1.02 Km (Under Joint Local Government Authority), Estimated Cost: 40.00 Million PKR, Earnest Money: 5%
- Installation of Street Lights on Main Roads within Dunyyapur City (Under Joint Local Government Authority), Estimated Cost: 14.70 Million PKR, Earnest Money: 5%
- Beautification & Upgradation of Qasim Park, Kehror Pacca City (Under Joint Local Government Authority), Estimated Cost: 4.37 Million PKR, Earnest Money: 5%
All works are located in Lodhran District. Contractors must quote their rates as a percentage above or below the estimated cost. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement portal by 07-11-2026. Bid opening will take place the same day at 12:30 PM in the office of the District Council Lodhran. No cost of tender documents is required. All bidders must comply with the directions of the office and submit GPS-tagged photographs of work progress. A practical tip: Ensure your PEC registration is valid for 2026-27 and prepare your Earnest Money CDR in advance to avoid last-minute delays.
