The Project Director Nautal to Gandawah Jhal Magsi & M-8 to Saif Abad Road District Jhal Magsi invites e-bids through the EPPS System based on the Composite Schedule of Rates (CSR) 2026, Government of Balochistan, from eligible firms/contractors for the execution of important road construction and rehabilitation works in Jhal Magsi district. Items being procured: - Construction/Rehabilitation of Black Top Road for Flood Damage Portions from Nauttal to Gandawah District Jhal Magsi (0.00 to 49.00 Km) - Construction/Rehabilitation of Black Top Road for Flood Damage Portions from Nauttal to Gandawah District Jhal Magsi (49.00 to 78.00 Km) These works involve extensive civil construction and rehabilitation of flood-damaged black top roads over a total stretch of 78 kilometers. The project requires experienced contractors with valid PEC registration in Category C-1 or above, along with relevant specialization codes. Firms must also be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority and have active tax payer status in FBR ATL. A minimum turnover of the last two years and completion of at least two similar assignments is mandatory. Bidders must submit a Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee amounting to 3% of the estimated cost. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan.
