Construction and Rehabilitation of Flood Protection Works and Irrigation Channels in Southern Districts of KP

Gomal Zam Irrigation Division D.I.Khan, under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Irrigation Department, invites bids from eligible firms and contractors through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA rules 2014. The procurement covers construction and rehabilitation works of flood protection walls, irrigation channels, check dams, and canal patrol roads across various southern districts of KP including Kohat, Hangu, Karak, Bannu, Lakki Marwat, Tank, and D.I. Khan for the financial year 2026-27. The works require contractors with PEC specialization codes CE-04 (Full or specific sub-codes) and CE-10 (Full or sub-codes) depending on the lot, and relevant PEC categories from C-4 to C-6 and above. Bidders must upload their bids including CDRs, rates, and bid documents through EPADS (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/) before the closing date and time. The bid security required is 2% of the estimated cost for each work. The bids will be opened on 14-09-2026 at 1:30 PM. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 04-09-2026 at 12:00 PM in the office of the Executive Engineer Gomal Zam Irrigation Division D.I.Khan. All bidders should ensure they meet the eligibility criteria including PEC registration, FBR/ATL registration, and earnest money requirements. The bids will remain valid for 120 days from the opening date. Electronic bidding will be conducted on the BOQ/Engineer's estimate basis.
