Raising of 220KV SP–BH Terminal Pole of 220KV Transmission Line Jamshoro-T.M Khan Road at 500KV Grid Station Jamshoro Including Civil Works, Dismantling, Transportation, Erection, Stringing, Testing and Commissioning

The National Transmission and Despatch Company (NTDC) through its Project Director (EHV-II) Multan invites sealed bids for the raising of the 220KV SP–BH terminal pole of the 220KV transmission line Jamshoro-T.M Khan Road at 500KV Grid Station Jamshoro. This project includes comprehensive civil works, dismantling, transportation, erection, stringing, testing and commissioning of the transmission line components in Multan, Punjab. Items being procured: - Dismantling of 220KV SP-BH Pole including insulators and hardware - Excavation and construction of reinforced concrete foundations with steel stub angles and grounding - Supply and installation of reinforcement steel - Mobilization and demobilization of crews and equipment - Shifting and handling of AAAC Greely conductor, OPGW and transmission line hardware - Installation of 220KV double circuit SP-BH pole with accessories - Installation of AAAC Greely conductor and OPGW including drop down lengths and joint boxes - Testing and commissioning of transmission line including splicing and testing of OPGW The scope covers detailed survey, tower staking, soil investigation, foundation construction, pole erection, conductor and shield wire stringing, installation of insulators, hardware, dampers, anti-climbing devices, and all associated works. The contractor is responsible for all equipment, manpower, and transportation required for the execution of the works. The project duration is 30 days from commencement or approval of final shutdown from NPCC, whichever is later. Bidders must be registered with PEC in the appropriate category and comply with FBR/NTN requirements. Bid security of 2% of contract price is required. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 24 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Technical and financial proposals will be evaluated on a least cost basis.
