Construction and Rehabilitation Works at Gujranwala Cantonment (2023-24)

Cantonment Board Gujranwala invites bids from eligible contractors for a wide range of civil and infrastructure works under the ML&C Schedule of Rates 2020. The works are to be executed at various locations within Gujranwala Cantonment, and the bidding process will be conducted as per PPRA Rules 2004. The department is seeking experienced PEC-registered firms for the following projects: Items being procured: - Addition / Alteration of Cantt Fund Houses at Street No. 5, Gujranwala Cantt (Rs. 1.03M) - Construction of PCC Street at Cantt Fund Houses, Street No. 5, Gujranwala Cantt (Rs. 1.03M) - Construction of PCC Street at Cantt Fund Houses, Street No. 6, Gujranwala Cantt (Rs. 1.03M) - Construction of PCC Street at Cantt Fund Houses, Street No. 7, Gujranwala Cantt (Rs. 1.03M) - Construction of Road with Base Course (Street connecting to Street No. 8, Street No. 9, Street No. 10, Link Rd.) (Rs. 7.63M) - Raising Boundary Wall in South Zone (Rs. 6.02M) - Provision of Sewerage Line at Street No. 6, Gulzar Park (Rs. 1.03M) - Construction of Water Supply at Mohallah Hussain Abad (Rs. 1.03M) - Construction / Sewerage / Water Supply at Street No. 4, Gulzar Park (Rs. 1.03M) - Construction / Commissioning of 1 x Tube Well at CB General Hospital (Rs. 9.75M) - Buildings (Rs. 26.88M) - Roads (Rs. 18.06M) - Drainage (Rs. 4.80M) - Water Supply (Rs. 4.80M) - Misc Improvement (Rs. 4.80M) The technical scope covers civil construction, road works, sewerage, water supply, and building maintenance across multiple sites. All works must comply with the ML&C Schedule of Rates 2020 and relevant PEC standards. Only contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category for 2023-24 and active on the FBR ATL are eligible. Earnest Money of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank. Bids must be submitted online via the e-PADS 2.0 portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk) by 28 June 2024. Hard copies of technical and financial proposals should also be delivered to the office of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Gujranwala Cantt, before the deadline. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained. Tip: Ensure your PEC registration is valid for the current financial year and that your bid security is calculated precisely as per the estimated cost for each lot you intend to bid for. This will help avoid disqualification at the technical evaluation stage.
