Construction, Rehabilitation and Improvement of Masajid, Madaris and Darul Ulooms in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Merged Districts

The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for a special package involving construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation, and improvement of Masajid, Madaris, and Darul Ulooms across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including merged districts. The works are specifically located in Bannu district and include the following items: - Construction, Renovation & Improvement of Jamia Masjid Abdu Talha Hinjal Noor Baz District Bannu - Construction, Reconstruction, Rehabilitation & Improvement of Masjid Abubakar Siddiq Tota Kalny Sakna Nizam Bazar Surani - Reconstruction of CD Zabtali Khan Baka Khel Tehsil Baka Khel District Bannu - Repair/Rehabilitation of Civil Dispensary Saifullah Kot Landi Jhalandar Tehsil Domel District Bannu These works require compliance with KPPRA procurement rules 2014 under a single stage single envelope procedure. Bidders must be registered with the relevant PEC category C-5 for the first two works, with bid securities ranging from PKR 44,000 to PKR 640,000 as specified. The technical scope covers civil construction and rehabilitation works at religious and community sites, ensuring quality and timely completion as per work orders. Eligible firms must submit bids online via the EPAD system (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk). The bid security (2% of estimated cost) must be submitted in hard form in a sealed envelope clearly marked 'Bid Security' to the Executive Engineer Building Division Bannu before the closing time.
