Pre-Qualification of Construction Firms / Contractors for Maintenance, Repair, Construction & Renovation Works at Khyber Medical College Peshawar

Khyber Medical College Peshawar invites eligible construction firms and contractors to pre-qualify for maintenance, repair, construction, and renovation works in the college building, hostels, and employees residential accommodations. The tendering will be done in various packages depending on fund allocation. Items being procured: - Maintenance works - Repair works - Construction works - Renovation works The scope covers civil works in college premises including hostels and residential accommodations for employees. Only firms enlisted with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Communication & Works Department for 2026-27 and holding valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration up to 30/06/2027 with Category C-5 and above (CE 09, CE 10, EE 04) are eligible. Additionally, bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (active status) and Federal Board of Revenue (ATL). A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 08/10/2026 at 10:00 am in the College Conference Room. Interested firms must apply through the E-PADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) portal by 19/10/2026 up to 11:30 am, submitting all required documents as per the bidding documents (BSDs). No hand-delivered applications or documents will be accepted. The opening of pre-qualification documents will occur on the same day at 12:00 pm in the College Conference Room in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives. Bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions can be downloaded from the EPADS/KMC official website. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals under Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014.
