Construction and Rehabilitation of Roads in Gwadar District

The CW PP&H Department District Gwadar invites eligible bidders for the construction and rehabilitation of roads in Gwadar District for the year 2026 based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on Percentage Rates. Items being procured: - Construction of 2 KM Black Top Road from Coastal Highway to Sham Kappar District Gwadar - Rehabilitation & Repair of Road from Akra to CHW - Rehabilitation of Black Top Road from Coastal Highway to Kud Bazaar Palleri Tehsil Gwadar The works involve road construction and rehabilitation at various locations within Gwadar District. The projects will be executed under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA GOB and must have completed at least 3 assignments of similar nature. Presence in the Active Tax Payer List and registration with the Balochistan Revenue Authority are mandatory. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call is required. Tender documents can be obtained and viewed electronically at www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically via the supplier dashboard by the last date of submission, 02 September 2026 till 10:00 AM.
