The projects require contractors with PEC category C5 and above, with specialization codes CE-10, CE-01(i), CE-02(ix), and CE-04(ii). Bidders must upload their bids through the EPADS portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) before the closing date and time. Required documents include a signed and stamped BOQ, CNIC, valid PEC license with relevant specialization codes, valid enlistment, active KPRA registration, and active FBR status. Bid security of 2% in the form of scanned CDR issued in favor of XEN Irrigation Division Malakand is mandatory. The pre-bid meeting will be held on 27/10/2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the concerned Executive Engineer. The bids will be opened on 03/11/2026 at 11:30 AM. Bids must be valid for 120 days from the date of opening. Failure to submit required documents or submission of incomplete or illegible files will render the bid non-responsive.
