Construction and Rehabilitation of Roads and Water Supply Schemes in District Mansehra

The Public Health Engineering Division Mansehra is procuring construction and rehabilitation works under the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiatives ADP Scheme No. 251270 for the fiscal year 2025-26. The projects are located in various Union Councils of District Mansehra including Bandi Shungli, Shanaya, and surrounding areas. The scope covers multiple packages involving PCC street and road construction, sewerage line installation, water supply schemes (WSS) rehabilitation, protection walls, culverts, and annual maintenance and repair of completed water supply schemes. The technical scope includes PCC road works, sewerage line construction, WSS rehabilitation at various sites such as Danna, Imam Seri, Sunj Khurd, Kela, Takia, Shoshni, Shoaib Khan, and others. The estimated cost for individual packages ranges from PKR 3 million to PKR 4 million, with a total estimated cost of approximately **PKR 27.6 million**. The works require contractors to have valid PEC registration for 2025-26, enlistment certificates, FBR registration, and experience in similar civil works. Contractors must also provide affidavits regarding litigation and blacklisting status, performance certificates, and bank statements covering the current financial year. Bidders must submit technical and financial bids through EPADS by the deadline of **04-05-2026 at 12:05 PM**. The technical bids will be opened the same day at 1:00 PM in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives.
