Construction and Renovation Works under Balochistan Special Development Initiative (Phase-III) Gwadar

The CWPP&H Department District Gwadar invites eligible bidders for execution of multiple works under the Balochistan Special Development Initiative (Phase-III) for the year 2026. The projects include construction and renovation works in Gwadar city, specifically: Items being procured: - Construction of Joint Check Post Pasni TSE-262708117059 - Renovation of Cultural Complex Building and construction of 5 additional rooms in Cultural Complex, Gwadar TSE-2627081176843 - Establishment of IT Hub Pasni TSE-2627081176963 - Extension of Women Market Gwadar and construction of boundary wall between Women Bazar and 11 offices Gwadar TSE-2627081177283 These works involve civil construction and renovation activities at various sites in Gwadar and Pasni. The projects are scheduled for a duration of 9 months each. Bidders must be present on the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Registration is mandatory. The bidder must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature with at least 70% turnover for each work in the last 2 years, demonstrating financial capacity. Bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 2% of the bid value is required. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of Rs. 1,500 PKR issuance fee. Bids must be submitted by 9th September 2026 at 11:30 AM, with tender opening at 12:30 PM on the same day at the office of the Executive Engineer Building, Fish Harbour Road near Civil Hospital Gwadar.
