Tender Description
The CW, Public Parks and Buildings and Housing Building Department Jhal Magsi invites sealed tender forms from interested contractors/firms under the Balochistan Special Development Initiative (BSDI-PHASE-III) for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement covers construction and repair works at various government schools in Jhal Magsi district. Items being procured:
- Construction of 05 additional classrooms along with boundary wall at GGHS Fateh Pur
- Construction of 03 additional classrooms at GGPS Kamil Shami
- Construction of boundary wall at GBPS Muhallah Banglani, Gojan
- Construction of boundary wall at GBHS Shadman
- Construction of 3 x Classrooms and boundary wall at GBPS Mir Shakkar Khan, Qazi Ismail
- Repair and renovation of GGHS Kot Magsi
- Repair, renovation, and 5KV Solarisation of GBHS Mir Yousaf Aziz Magsi
- Construction of 03 additional classrooms along with boundary wall at GGPS Ali Mardan Halwani
- Construction of 07 additional classrooms along with boundary wall at GDMS Pipl Jhal Magsi
- Construction of two additional classrooms at GBMS Sutta Magsi
- Construction of two additional classrooms along with raising of boundary wall at GBHS Pach Gandawah
- Construction of boundary wall at GBHSS (Primary section) Gandawah
The scope includes civil construction of classrooms and boundary walls, repair and renovation works, and solarisation of a 5KV system at a high school. The works are to be completed by 30-06-2027. Contractors must have valid registration with tax authorities including BRA, NTN, and Sales Tax Department, and must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category CE-10 (General Civil Engineering Works) for the year 2026-27. The bidder’s representative must have original authority issued by the contractor/firm. Minimum three assignments of similar nature with turnover not less than 70% of estimated cost are required.
Bid security must be submitted as Call Deposit Receipt from a scheduled bank as per specified amounts. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of Rs. 1,500 through Green Challan C-02716. Documents are also downloadable from www.bppra.org.pk. Tender submission deadline is **07-08-2026 at 11:00 AM** at the office of the Deputy Commissioner Jhal Magsi, with opening at 12:00 PM the same day.
