Construction, Repair, Maintenance Works for Pakistan Rangers Punjab Headquarters and Sector Wings

Sealed tenders are invited by the Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) for various construction, repair, and maintenance works for the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement is for projects at the Headquarters Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) Lahore and its Sector Wings located across Punjab. Items being procured include: - Minor Construction, Repair, and Maintenance Works - Construction, Repair, and Maintenance of Boundary Pillars along the Eastern border - Purchase of all types of construction material, sanitary fittings, electric fittings, plumbing fittings, finishing materials, and electric supply/water supply/sewerage items - Paint, distemper, white wash, and weather shielding - Provision of Skilled and Un-Skilled Labour The scope covers a wide range of construction materials and services related to civil works and utilities. Tender forms with detailed specifications can be obtained from the Works Branch Headquarters Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) Lahore at a non-refundable cost of Rs. 5,000 in cash. Firms registered with the Headquarters will deposit 2.5% Earnest Money, while un-registered firms will deposit 5% Earnest Money in favor of the Director General Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) Lahore by call Deposit Receipt (30% CDR & 70% Cheques), refundable after bidding. All firms must mention their Sales Tax Registration and NTN Number in their quotations or their bids will be rejected. The tender is also available on the PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk. Required documents include fresh Active FBR Certificate, PEC Registration, and CDR & Cheques with bid documents. Tender offers will be opened on 30 Oct 2026 at 1200 hours and can be submitted from 1100 to 1145 hours the same day.
