District Council Layyah invites bids for the providing and fixing of street light from Bail Chowk/Kashmir Chowk to Kalma Chowk Bypass Road, Layyah within the limit of Municipal Committee Layyah through joint authority with MC Layyah. Items being procured: - Providing and fixing of street light from Bail Chowk/Kashmir Chowk to Kalma Chowk Bypass Road, Layyah. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E Procurement System using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014.
