Construction, Repair, Maintenance, Provision, and Bazar Supply of Miscellaneous Buildings in AOR of Garrison Engineer (Army) Rwp-II

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors and firms by the Garrison Engineer (Army) Rawalpindi-II for the construction, repair, maintenance, provision, and bazar supply of miscellaneous buildings within the Area of Responsibility (AOR) of GE (A) Rwp-II in Rawalpindi. This tender notice is specifically for contractors who are interested in undertaking various civil works related to buildings in this area. Items being procured: - Construction works - Repair works - Maintenance works - Provision works - Bazar supply of miscellaneous buildings Contractors are required to submit their applications along with complete credentials for issuance of tender documents. The tender must be received by the accepting officer by 1130 hrs on 28 Sep 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hrs on the same date. Eligibility criteria include registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), and contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible. Contractors must be borne on the approved list of MES in categories A, B, C, D, or E. Firms not on the approved MES list must provide a certificate with details of work executed during the last two years and those currently in hand, including departmental performance reports.
