Construction, Repair, Maintenance and Supply of B&R and E&M Items with Auctioneer Appointment in AOR of CMES (Army) Rawalpindi-II

The Chief Military Engineer Services (Army) Rawalpindi-II invites applications for pre-qualification and issuance of tenders for various construction and repair works in Rawalpindi. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and those not registered are ineligible. Contractors on the approved MES list in categories A, B, C, and D with relevant experience are eligible to apply. Firms not on the MES approved list must provide certificates detailing works executed in the last two years. The tender submission deadline is 17 September 2026 by 1130 hours, with opening at 1200 hours the same day.
