Construction & Repair of Paving Block / CC Block at Various Places in UC 159 TMC Qasimabad, HMC Hyderabad (Phase 2)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the construction and repair of paving block and cement concrete (CC) block at various places in UC 159 TMC Qasimabad, Hyderabad. This tender is part of the development schemes under the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is conducted through a Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. Items being procured: - Construction & Repair of Paving Block / CC Block at Various Places in UC 159 TMC Qasimabad, HMC Hyderabad (Phase 2) The scope includes dismantling cement concrete, earthwork for road embankment, carriage of materials, cement concrete brick or stone ballast, providing and fixing cement paving blocks with natural colors, erection and removal of centering for RCC or plain cement concrete works, and cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing, and curing. The work is to be completed within 24 months. Eligibility criteria require valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2026-27, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), valid NTN and sales tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in the last two years, two ongoing projects of similar nature, financial soundness demonstrated by bank statements, affidavit of no blacklisting or litigation, and availability of required technical staff and equipment. Tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- (non-refundable) and bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee in favor of Deposit Fund HMC, Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Scanned copies must be uploaded via E-PADS and original instruments submitted before bid opening. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on 26-10-2026 at 12:00 Noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules. Performance security of 10% of contract price is required from the successful bidder. The defect liability period is a minimum of 24 months after completion.
