Construction and Repair of Paving Block Road and Street at Various Places in UC #07 TMC Neronkot, Hyderabad Municipal Corporation

The Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites sealed bids for the construction and repair of paving block roads and streets at various locations within UC #07, TMC Neronkot under the approved ADP 2026-27 Own Sources Fund. This procurement is aimed at improving public infrastructure in Hyderabad city, Sindh province. Items being procured include: - Construction and repair of paving block roads and streets at various places in UC #07, TMC Neronkot The technical scope covers excavation, dismantling of cement concrete, dressing and leveling of earthwork, providing and fixing cement paving blocks of specified size and strength, erection and removal of centering for RCC or plain cement concrete works, and related civil works as per the composite schedule of rates. The contract duration is 12 months from the date of commencement. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid NTN, PEC registration, SRB certificate, and registration on E-PADs under SPPRA rules. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a pay order in favor of DEPOSIT FUND FOR SECURITY HMC. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the E-Pads portal.
