Construction and Repair of Paving Block Road and Street at Various Places in UC # 38, TMC Paretabad, Hyderabad Municipal Corporation

The Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (HMC) invites sealed bids for the construction and repair of paving block roads and streets at various locations in Union Council # 38, TMC Paretabad, Hyderabad. This tender is part of the ADP 2026-27 funded by Own Sources Fund under the policy of the Sindh Government aimed at public welfare and infrastructure improvement in the city. Items being procured: - Construction and repair of paving block roads and streets at various places in UC # 38, TMC Paretabad, HMC The scope of work includes excavation, dismantling of cement concrete, dressing and leveling of earthwork, providing and fixing cement paving blocks of specified size and strength, erection and removal of centering for RCC or plain cement concrete works, and cement concrete plain works including placing, compacting, finishing, and curing. The work will be executed as per the Composite Schedule of Rates and relevant specifications. The contract duration is 12 months from the date of commencement. Eligible bidders must have valid NTN, PEC registration, SRB certificate, and be registered on the E-PADs portal under SPPRA Rules 2010 (amended). A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of a pay order in favor of DEPOSIT FUND FOR SECURITY HMC is mandatory. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the E-Pads portal. The bid submission deadline is 03-11-2026 by 12:00 PM, with bid opening at 1:00 PM on the same day at the office of the Executive Engineer (Civil), HMC Hyderabad.
