Construction/Repair Paving Block Road and Street at Various Places in UC # 41, TMC Paretabad, Hyderabad Municipal Corporation

The Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (HMC) invites sealed bids for the construction and repair of paving block roads and streets at various locations in Union Council # 41, TMC Paretabad, Hyderabad. This tender is part of the ADP 2026-27 funded by Own Sources Fund under the policy of the Sindh Government aimed at public welfare and infrastructure improvement in the city. Items being procured: - Construction/Repair Paving Block Road and Street at Various Places in UC # 41, TMC Paretabad, HMC The scope of work includes excavation, dismantling of cement concrete, dressing and leveling of earthwork, providing and fixing cement paving blocks of specified sizes and strengths, erection and removal of centering for RCC or plain cement concrete works, and related civil works as per the composite schedule of rates. The work is to be executed in a workmanlike manner following the specifications and drawings provided by the Executive Engineer (Civil), HMC. Eligible bidders must possess valid NTN, PEC registration, SRB certificate, and be registered on the E-Pads platform under SPPRA Rules 2010 (amended). A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of a pay order in favor of DEPOSIT FUND FOR SECURITY HMC is mandatory. The bid document fee is Rs. 3,000. The contract period is 12 months from the date of commencement. Bids will be submitted electronically via E-Pads and must be received by 12:00 PM on 3rd November 2026, with bid opening scheduled at 1:00 PM the same day at the office of the Executive Engineer (Civil), HMC Hyderabad. Late bids will be rejected. The bidding process follows a Single Stage One Envelope procedure.
