The Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (HMC) invites sealed bids for the construction and repair of paving block roads and streets at various locations within Union Council # 89, TMC Sachal Sarmast, Hyderabad. Items being procured: - Construction and repair of paving block roads and streets at various places in UC # 89, TMC Sachal Sarmast The technical scope covers excavation, dismantling of cement concrete, dressing and leveling of earthwork, provision and fixing of cement paving blocks with specified strength and natural colors, erection and removal of centering for RCC or plain cement concrete works, and cement concrete plain works including placing, compacting, finishing, and curing. The work will be executed as per the Composite Schedule of Rates and relevant specifications. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid NTN Certificate, PEC registration, SRB Certificate, and registration on E-PADs under SPPRA Rules 2010 (amended). Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of a pay order in favor of DEPOSIT FUND FOR SECURITY HMC must be submitted with the bid. The contract period is 12 months from the date of commencement.
