The District Council Badin invites sealed tenders on schedule rate/offer rate basis for various construction and repair works across multiple villages and union councils within Badin district. These works include construction of culverts, bridges, brick pavement roads, water ponds, surface drains, boundary walls, and solar systems with motors and accessories for drainage of heavy rainwater. The projects are located in various villages and union councils within Badin district, requiring contractors with relevant experience and capacity to complete the works within a 6-month completion period. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration in the relevant category, active Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) registration, NTN certificate with active status, fresh E-Stamp, no litigation or blacklisting, annual income tax returns for the last three years, and relevant experience with at least one similar work of 80% estimated cost or two works of 50% estimated cost in the last five years. Contractors must also submit a list of engineering and non-technical staff, machinery details, and performance certificates. Tender documents are available through the online EPAD system (https://eprocure.gov.pk) upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2000 via pay order. Bids must be submitted/uploaded through the EPAD platform. The second opening attempt is on 27-11-2026 at the same time and venue.
