Pre-Qualification for Construction, Repair, Maintenance, Provision, and POL Installations of Miscellaneous Buildings and Supply of B&R and E&M Items in AOR of GE (A) Comds Rwp

Applications are invited by GE (A) Comds Rawalpindi for pre-qualification of contractors and firms for various construction, repair, maintenance, provision, and POL installation works related to miscellaneous buildings within the area of responsibility of GE (A) Comds Rawalpindi. The scope includes construction, repair, maintenance, and provision of buildings, supply of B&R (Building and Road) and E&M (Electrical and Mechanical) items, and POL installations. Items being procured: - Construction, Repair, Maintenance, Provision, and Technical Completion/Decommissioning of Miscellaneous Buildings - Supply of Building and Road (B&R) Items - Supply of Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) Items - POL Installations Contractors must submit applications with complete credentials for issuance of tender documents. Only firms with sufficient experience in the relevant field will be issued tender documents. Contractors must provide a certificate confirming no litigation with government departments and no outstanding reports against them from the Director of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ). Eligibility requires registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and contractors must be on the approved list of MES in categories A, B, C, D, or E with relevant experience. Firms not on the MES approved list must submit certificates detailing works executed in the last two years.
