Construction and Repair Works Including Solar Irrigation and Water Tanks in Upper Chitral

The Local Government and Rural Development Department of District Upper Chitral is inviting sealed tenders for multiple construction and repair works under the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative 2025-26. The scope includes construction of washrooms, community school rooms, sewing centers, civil channels, dug wells, solar irrigation schemes, link roads, bridges, water tanks, and protection walls across various locations in Upper Chitral. The technical scope covers civil works such as building washrooms at GPS Shoost Yarkhoon, repairing link roads and irrigation channels, constructing solar irrigation systems, and water tanks for irrigation. The projects vary in scale with estimated costs ranging from PKR 0.5 million to PKR 1.6 million for individual works. The tender requires contractors to be registered with PEC in the relevant category and to be enlisted with the C&W Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Firms must also be registered with FBR and KPRA and submit earnest money in the form of call deposits as bid security. The last date for submission of electronic tender forms is 29th June 2026 by 12:00 pm, with bid opening at 12:30 pm the same day. Bidders should ensure their bids comply with the detailed rate analysis and security requirements, including additional securities for bids below engineer estimates. The submission and opening will be conducted through the EPADS online system.
