Construction of Residences, Administration Block, Regional Office and Environmental Complex at Lahore High Court Multan Bench

The Communication & Works Department Buildings Division No. 01 Multan invites tenders from PEC Registered Engineering companies, firms, joint ventures, or contractors for construction works at Lahore High Court Multan Bench and Lahore High Court Multan. Items being procured: - Construction of Residences for Officers / Officials at Lahore High Court Multan Bench (ADP No. 3234/2025-26) including provision of Passenger Lifts (1000-kg and 800-kg) - Construction of New Administration Block, Lahore High Court Multan (ADP No. 3211/2026-27) including provision of Passenger Lifts (1000-kg) - Construction of Regional Office and Facilitation Center of Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) at Multan (ADP # 2350 / 2025-26) including provision of Passenger Lift (1600-kg) - Construction of Environmental Complex in Multan (ADP # 2962 / 2025-26) including provision of Passenger Lift (1000-kg) The works involve civil construction with specialized installation of approved OEM passenger lifts. Only firms with valid authorized distributorship/dealership certificates for lifts from OEMs of Japan, Europe, UK, or USA or those with sufficient experience and PEC registration in relevant categories are eligible. A non-judicial stamp paper affidavit of Rs. 1,000/- is required confirming MOU with OEMs and commitment to supply, install, test, and commission approved lifts. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement portal (www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) and submit a 5% bid security of the approved DNIT cost electronically. Technical bids will be received and opened online, with financial bids opened after technical evaluation.
