Construction of Residences for Officials and Officers of Lahore High Court at Phullarwan, District Lahore

The Communication & Works Department, Government of Punjab, invites pre-qualification applications from eligible firms and contractors for the construction of residences for officials and officers of the Lahore High Court at Phullarwan, District Lahore. This pre-qualification process is conducted under Notification No. SOB-I(C&W)7-11/2022 dated 04.07.2026 via the Punjab e-Procurement System powered by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Items being procured: - Construction of residences for officials and officers of Lahore High Court at Phullarwan, District Lahore The project involves the construction of residential buildings with a time limit of 24 months. Interested firms must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category CB or above for the year 2026-27. Specialized codes required include CE10, EE05, ME02, and ME03. The response time is calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA website. Only pre-qualified firms/contractors will be invited to participate in the subsequent bidding process. The Evaluation Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications in accordance with the prescribed evaluation criteria and as per Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).
