Construction of 06-No. Cat-IV & 06-No. Cat-V Residential Flats with Allied Civil Works at 132KV G/S Tariqabad, Abdullah Pur Colony Faisalabad

The Office of PD GSC FESCO (Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO)) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction of 06-No. Cat-IV and 06-No. Cat-V residential flats along with allied civil works at 132KV Grid Station Tariqabad, located at Abdullah Pur Colony Faisalabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed under a National Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Construction of 06-No. Cat-IV Residential Flats - Construction of 06-No. Cat-V Residential Flats - Allied civil works including excavation, concrete works, brickwork, plastering, flooring, painting, electrical wiring, plumbing, and finishing works as per detailed specifications The scope includes excavation in foundation, supplying and filling sand, cement concrete plain and RCC works, brickwork in foundation and floors, damp proof courses, steel doors and windows, mosaic flooring, plumbing fixtures including water closets, wash basins, and gas burners, electrical wiring and fittings, road works including base and sub-base courses, bituminous carpet, and drainage works. Bidders must be registered with PEC under category C-5 with code CE-10 and have completed at least two similar contracts of 40% value awarded by WAPDA, NTDC, or DISCOs within the last 10 years. Active NTN, PRA registration, FBR returns for the last 3 years, and a bank statement equal to 10% of the BOQ amount are required. A bid security of 5% of the BOQ amount is mandatory. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by Monday, October 26, 2026, at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 1:30 PM via EPADS. The performance guarantee required is 10% of the contract price. The project site is located at 132 kV Grid Station, Agriculture University, Near Darbar Baba Qaim Sain, Daewoo Road, Faisalabad City, Punjab.
