Construction of Road Killi Hameed Kulak

The Local Government Killa Abdullah invites eligible bidders for the construction of Road Killi Hameed Kulak for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Construction of Road Killi Hameed Kulak Procurement shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be present on the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency. Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 or above with a specialized code CE01-(i) for Road and Pavements Drainage & Retaining Structure. The bidder must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 28,000,000 in the last 3 years demonstrating financial capacity. Bid security in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank is mandatory. The original bid security must be submitted at the time of bid opening.
