Repair and Maintenance Works of Lav Blocks and Bazar Supply for Hyderabad, Chhor, and Badin Gar FY 2026-27

Commander Military Engineer Services (Army) Hyderabad invites sealed tenders for repair, maintenance, minor and abnormal repair works of Lav Blocks including residential and non-residential accommodations with external services such as boundary walls, roads, electric, water, and sewerage at Hyderabad, SRC, Balochistan, Badin, Chhor, and Gars for the fiscal year 2026-27. Additionally, tenders are invited for external boundary and road works including DC works and bazar supply for Hyderabad, Chhor, and Badin Gar for FY 2026-27. Items being procured: - Repair/Maintenance/Minor/Abnormal Repair Works of Lav Blocks / Residential and Non-Residential Accommodation including External Services (Boundary Wall, Roads, Electric, Water & Sewerage) at Hyderabad, SRC, Balochistan, Badin, Chhor, Gars - External Boundary and Road Works including DC Works and Bazar Supply for Hyderabad, Chhor, and Badin Gar The contractors must submit their applications to the Command Military Engineer Services (Army) Hyderabad for issuance of tender documents along with their credentials. Only firms with sufficient experience in the relevant field will be issued tender documents after scrutiny. Sealed tenders must be received by 25 September 2025 till 1130 hours and will be opened at 1200 hours on the same date. Contractors must provide a certificate confirming no litigation with any government department and no outstanding reports from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ). Firms not on the approved MES list must submit applications with statements of previous experience, detailing works executed during the last two years.
