Construction of a Room including Civil Electrical and Public Health Works at Aitchison College Lahore

Aitchison College Lahore is inviting sealed bids from eligible firms or persons for the construction of a room including civil, electrical, and public health works within the college premises in Lahore. This procurement is specifically for the comprehensive construction work involving multiple disciplines to ensure a fully functional and compliant room. The technical scope covers civil construction, electrical wiring and installations, and public health related works such as plumbing and sanitation. The project requires experienced contractors capable of handling multi-disciplinary construction tasks within an educational institution setting. Technical proposals will be opened on 20th June 2026 at 10:30 am in the Administration Block of the college. Financial proposals will be opened after evaluation of technical bids. Each bid must include detailed documentation such as firm establishment date, PEC registration, evidence of similar completed works, details of ongoing projects, bio data of key personnel, plant and machinery details, litigation history, and financial stability certificates. A bid security of 1.5% in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft is mandatory.
