Pre-Qualification for Electrical, Water Supply, Gas, Repair and Maintenance Works at Gwa Gar and Gwa Cantt

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification and issuance of tenders for various electrical, water supply, gas, and repair and maintenance works at Gwa Gar and Gwa Cantt in Balochistan. The works include TC for E&M Work Ext HT/LT Electrification at Gwa Gar (3 Nos), TC for E&M Work Ext Electrification at Gwa Gar (3 Nos), TC for Water Supply Work at Gwa Gar (4 Nos), TC for Ext Sui Gas Work (East & West) Zone at Gwa Gar (4 Nos), TC for Repair/Maintenance MT Veha at Gwa Gar (2 Nos), Repair/Maintenance POL Bulk at Hafz Gar (4 Nos), Repair/Maintenance POL Bulk at Gwa Gar (4 Nos), Road Marking paint speed breaker etc at different locations (3 Nos), Repair/Maintenance of Electrical DBs, VCBs & Circuit Breaker at different location at Gwa (1 No), Repair/Maintenance of HT/LT Cables at different location Gwa Cantt (1 No), and miscellaneous works (2 Nos). The contractors must submit applications to GE (Svcs) Gujranwala Cantt for issuance of tenders. Only firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with MES in Category A, B, C, D, E, and F with relevant experience are eligible. Contractors must provide a certificate confirming no litigation or outstanding reports against them. Tender documents will be issued only to firms meeting the criteria. The tender opening is scheduled for 06 Oct 2026 (Tuesday) at 1130 hrs and will be opened at 1200 hrs on the same day. Interested parties can contact the GE concerned/authorized representative from 0800 to 1500 hours on working days. Earnest money and bid security requirements apply as per PPRA rules.
