Bidders must be registered with PEC under the relevant category for water supply/sewerage works and must be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest money in the form of bid security at 5% of the estimated cost is required and must be paid online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Submission of bids will be through encrypted electronic files on the Punjab e-Procurement portal only; manual bids will not be accepted. The deadline for e-bid submission is **04-11-2026 at 10:00 AM**, with bid opening at **11:30 AM** the same day. Bidders or their representatives may attend the office of the Commissioner, Multan Division, Multan on the bid opening date to download the technical bid in their presence.
