Tender Description
The Gilgit Baltistan C&W department B&R Division Kharmang invites sealed bids from well reputed and experienced contractors/firms/JVs under GBBRPA rule 39(a) SINGLE STAGE ONE ENVELOPE procedure, having valid PEC registration with relevant category/code for the following works in Kharmang district.
Items being procured:
- Construction of Shingle road in GBA-11 Kharmong (Ph-I) with estimated cost Rs. 28.068 Million, Bid Security Rs. 561400, Tender Form cost Rs. 10000
- Improvement, Re-alignment and widening of road in GBA-11 Kharmong with estimated cost Rs. 15.000 Million, Bid Security Rs. 300000, Tender Form cost Rs. 10000
- Construction of Special Branch office/Residence at District Kharmang with estimated cost Rs. 6.502 Million, Bid Security Rs. 167000, Tender Form cost Rs. 6000
The technical scope includes road construction and improvement works along with building construction for the Special Branch office/residence. Bidders must have PEC valid registration for the current financial year, relevant code and category, CNIC of the prospective bidder/firm, enlistment with procuring agency, affidavit of no blacklisting and no litigation certificate from C&W department, and renewal receipt for the current financial year.
Bidding documents can be obtained against a written application and non-refundable fee from the treasury challan on account of cost of tender forms mentioned. Bids will be opened in the office of the Executive Engineer B&R Division at Kazburthang Mehdibad Kharmang on 28-08-2026 at specified times.
The bid security of 2% of the quoted amount must be submitted in shape of CDR issued by any scheduled bank in Pakistan. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract amount and other terms as per advertisement apply.
The last date for submission is 28 August 2026 by 11:30 AM for the first work, 12:30 PM for the second, and 1:30 PM for the third. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids and ensure all mandatory documents accompany the submission to avoid disqualification.
