Tender Description
This tender invites qualified contractors in Umerkot to undertake the construction of two sinking wells and the installation of eight low-capacity submersible pumps in Sekhro Union Council. The District Council Umerkot requires experienced firms registered with PEC and active on the FBR Active Taxpayer List to execute these civil works under the Single Stage – One Envelope procurement method.
The scope includes excavation, well sinking in ordinary and hard strata, concrete works, brick pavements, and installation of submersible pumps with all associated electrical and civil components. The site is located in rural Umerkot, demanding careful handling of soil conditions and water table challenges. Contractors must ensure proper shoring, use quality materials, and comply with technical specifications to deliver durable infrastructure supporting local water supply.
Bidders must hold a valid PEC registration for 2025-26, be registered with Sindh Revenue Board, and provide an affidavit on e-stamp paper confirming no blacklisting or litigation. The tender requires a 5% earnest money deposit and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000.
