Tender Description
District Council Jhang invites bids for a series of construction and installation works to be executed within Jhang district. The scope of work is diverse and covers both civil and solar installation projects, reflecting the council's commitment to infrastructure improvement and sustainable energy solutions in the region.
Items being procured:
- Construction of soling, drain, sullage carrier RCC slab culvert at Abadi Tangu Mehmood Shah Anayat Shah UC Jaivan Tehsil Ahmad Pur Sial, District Council Jhang (8.500 million PKR)
- Providing and installing solar office, District Council Jhang (7.477 million PKR)
- Construction of soling Budhan wala near UC Chatta Thana Mor, Tehsil Jhang, District Council Jhang (3.6774 million PKR)
- Construction of tuff tile pavers / sullage carrier Imam Bargah Muqadid Tazia Musafar Sham at Shah Jewena Tehsil Jhang, District Council Jhang (3.515 million PKR)
The technical scope includes civil works such as soling, drainage, RCC slab culverts, and tuff tile paving, as well as the installation of solar systems for office use. All works are to be completed in accordance with the specifications provided by District Council Jhang. Bidders must ensure compliance with the technical requirements and site conditions as outlined in the tender documents.
Eligible contractors must be registered with the relevant authorities and possess experience in similar works. Earnest Money (Call Deposit Receipt) is required for each lot, calculated at 5% of the estimated cost, with amounts specified for each work. Bidders must submit their proposals through the Punjab E-Procurement System by the deadline of 12-10-2026 at 2:30 PM. Late submissions will not be entertained. The tender process will be conducted in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
