Construction and Solar Based Sanitation and Water Supply Schemes in Kohat Division

The PHE Department (Kohat Division) Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids through E-PADS from eligible firms and contractors in accordance with KPPRA procurement rules 2014 under a single stage single envelope procedure. The works involve construction and installation of sanitation and water supply schemes along with a solar-based pressure pump in various locations within Kohat Division. Items being procured: - Construction of Sanitation Scheme Barh - Construction of Sanitation Scheme Kalu Channa - Construction of Sanitation Scheme Jabbi - Construction of Sanitation Scheme Mohallah Durvi Khel Alizai - Solar Based Pressure Pump at Usterzai Bala (Tangi Imam) - Construction of Sanitation Scheme Lachi Bala - Small Scale DWSS Kacha Pakha - Drinking Water Supply Scheme Siab - Water Supply Scheme Darwazi Banda UC Sodal under CSR - Water Supply Scheme Muslim Abad No. 03 under CSR The technical scope includes civil construction of sanitation schemes and water supply infrastructure, as well as installation of a solar-based pressure pump system. The projects require firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and field of specialization, with enlistment certificates from Provincial Works Departments. Bidders must demonstrate adequate financial soundness, relevant experience, and personal capabilities. PEC registration codes are mandatory for all bidders. Key dates include the last date and time for bid submission on 21-09-2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled the same day at 2:00 PM in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS portal. Earnest money in the form of bid security is required as specified for each work.
