Construction and Supply Works for Municipal Committee Harnai including Additional Room, Solar Systems, Water Tank, and Transformer

The Municipal Committee Harnai invites bids for multiple construction and supply works under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. The procurement includes the construction of an additional room and repair works at the COMC residence MC Harnai, supply and fixing of home solar system for Ward No 06, supply and fixing of solar system 5 nos complete set, supply and fixing of solar system for 06 wards, supply and fixing of a 400 gallon water tank for Ward No 06, and supply and fixing of a 100KV transformer with 4 poles. Items being procured: - Construction of additional room and repair works of COMC residence MC Harnai - Supply and fixing of home solar system for Ward No 06 MC Harnai - Supply and fixing of solar system 5 nos complete set for MC Harnai - Supply and fixing of solar system for 06 wards MC Harnai - Supply and fixing of water tank 400 gallon for Ward No 06 MC Harnai - Supply and fixing of transformer 100KV with 4 poles MC Harnai The scope covers civil construction, installation of solar power systems, water storage tanks, and electrical transformer setup at various locations within Harnai. Bidders must be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority and appear on the Active Tax Payer List. They should have completed at least two assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 2,800,000 in the last three years demonstrating financial capacity. Bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call of 2% of the bid amount is mandatory. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Chief Officer Municipal Committee Harnai upon payment of PKR 1,000. The last date for bid submission is 17 September 2026 by 10:00 AM, with tender opening at 11:00 AM the same day at the Municipal Committee office.
